Teens
In this stage, lessons are designed to develop and increase the swimmer’s comfort around the water through basic flotation, movement and breathing skills. We will be embarking on developing the basic knowledge, skills and attitude needed to stay safe in, on and around water. Gradual instructions for the four swimming strokes will be practiced and the SwimSafer Program and SSPA also applies in this stage.
Note: Regardless of how young or old you are, it is never too late to learn how to swim properly as because this is a very important life skill, where you never know when it might come in handy in the future.
