Payment

Once your registration is made with Olympia Swimming Club, the slot will be held until the first date of your first swimming class. Student is required to make monthly (4 lessons) payment in full in Cash or Cheque issue to Olympia Swimming Club, Bank Transfer- UOB Bank, Account Name: Olympia Swimming Club, Account Number: 364-309-158-3 on the first lesson at beginning of each month.

 

Lesson Rate

Lesson fees are based on four weeks lesson per month.

 

Termination

Student is required to provide at least 2 weeks notice to withdraw from swimming lessons.

 

Refund Policy

There is strictly no refund once the lessons commence.

 

Fee Transfer Policy

Fees are not transferable to any third parties.

 

Adverse Weather & Safety Precautions

  • The Olympia Swimming Club swimming coach and pool authority reserve the exclusive rights to cancel or postpone the swimming lesson in bad weather conditions for safety reasons.
  • Due to any unforeseen circumstances, once a swimming lesson has commenced and has to be called off in the middle of a lesson, land-drills exercise, water safety theory or Q&A session may be conducted in replacement of usual practical lessons such as but not limited to if the weather is not suitable to continue any pool-based lesson.

 

Attendance & Make up Policy

Group lessons schedules are fixed and there will be no compensations or make-up lessons for bad weather, absenteeism, late coming or cancelation of any sort.

 

Relief of Swimming Coach

If the scheduled swimming coach is unavailable, Olympia Swimming Club reserves the right to provide a substitute swimming coach.

 

Administration

  • Olympia Swimming Club reserves the right to postpone the group class start date for up to 1 month or cancel the group class if the class size does not meet the minimum requirement of 6 students.
  • If the group class size falls below 4 students, Olympia Swimming Club will decide to combine classes.

 

Student Health Condition

Student who participates in swimming lessons conducted by Olympia Swimming Club swimming coach must be in good health. The student does not suffer from pre-existing medical conditions: any cardiac or respiratory weakness or ailment; epilepsy or any other neurological condition; any orthopaedic or rheumatological complaint; any other complaint.

 

Swimming Equipment

Swimming equipment including but not limited to swimming attire, swimming goggles, floatation/kick boards and a swim cap must be provided by student.

 

Entrance

Everyone who wishes to enter the Sports Singapore swimming complex has to purchase their entrance ticket from the ticketing machine or customer service counter.

 

Photographs and Videos

Name, Photographs, Videos of the Child may be taken and used by Olympia Swimming Club for the purpose of promoting the activities of the Olympia Swimming Club (Newspaper, Advertisements, Website & Social Media)

 

Responsibility

Olympia Swimming Club and Olympia Swimming Club’s swimming coach will not be held responsible for any claims arising out of any injury, damages or loss of life while participating in swimming classes or lessons.
